PDF and Word (.docx) files up to 10MB. Scanned-image-only PDFs can't be analyzed — the file needs selectable text.

What happens to my handbook file?
Your file is analyzed securely and never shared. If you import it into HandbookHub, the original file is deleted after import. Abandoned reviews are automatically removed after 30 days.
What's the difference between the review and the generator?
The review is for handbooks you already have — it scores your document and shows what to fix. The generator builds a new handbook outline from scratch based on your industry and team size.
